Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 25, 2026. Nano Influencer is a product operated by Palm Beach Equity Partners LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), a Delaware limited liability company that controls and incubates the Nano Influencer application. Contact: developer@pbequitypartners.com.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Nano Influencer mobile application and related services (the “Service”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account & identity: name, email address, mobile phone number, and password.
  • Verification: one-time codes sent by SMS and/or email to verify your phone and email.
  • Social & creator data: if you connect Instagram, TikTok, or Google, the account identifiers, follower counts, engagement/video statistics, and authorization tokens needed to compute your creator “Social Score” and display your profile.
  • Location: with your permission, device location used for nearby business discovery, location-gated chat, and check-ins.
  • Payment data: payment processing is handled by Stripe; we store Stripe/Connect identifiers and transaction records but do not store full card numbers.
  • User content: photos, videos, posts, and chat messages you submit.
  • Device & usage data: app interactions, diagnostics, and crash data.

How we use information

To create and secure your account; verify your phone and email; operate the marketplace (offers, payments, payouts, and the platform service fee); compute the Social Score; enable chat, check-ins, and business discovery; provide support; detect fraud and abuse; and comply with law.

SMS / Text Messaging

  • We use SMS solely to send one-time verification/login codes you request in the app. This is transactional two-factor authentication; we do not send marketing text messages.
  • We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Your mobile number is shared only with our messaging provider (Twilio) to deliver your verification codes, and with no third party for marketing.
  • Message frequency: you receive a message only when you request a code (typically one message per login or verification attempt).
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out / help: reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, or HELP for help. If you opt out of SMS you can still sign in using the email verification option.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers (“sub-processors”) that operate the Service on our behalf, and only as needed for their function: Stripe (payments/payouts), Twilio (SMS), Postmark (email), GetStream (chat), Google/Firebase (crash reporting, analytics, location/Places), Meta/Instagram and TikTok (only if you connect them), HubSpot (customer records), Sentry (error monitoring), and Amazon Web Services (hosting/storage). We may also disclose information to comply with law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention & security

We retain personal information while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use administrative and technical safeguards; no method is 100% secure.

Your choices & rights

Depending on your location (including California/CCPA-CPRA and similar laws), you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information, and opt out of certain sharing. Contact developer@pbequitypartners.com. You can disable location in device settings and opt out of SMS via STOP.

Children

The Service is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Business transfers

If we or substantially all of our assets are acquired, or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

International & changes

The Service is operated in the United States, where data is processed. We may update this Policy and will post the new effective date; material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
